The CSR organized the online event “The influence of COVID19 of the increase of cyber attacks”. The lecturers talked about the most frequently used tactics for cyber attacks, elaborated several examples and gave recommendations on how to protect ourselves online.

The Center for Security Research through its representative, Rabi Sédrak held a lecture at the Institute of European Studies in Belgrade, titled “The Implications of Afghanistan Crisis on Europe’s Security – Taliban vs ISIS. Within the CSR operational framework, taking into account the relevance of the topic related to foreign terrorist fighters and the process of reintegration of returnees, we consider it extremely important for this topic to develop a useful discussion between directly or indirectly affected individuals, institutions and organizations, during which opinions and best practices for dealing with this process will be exchanged.
For that purpose, we will be organizing the workshop titled „Best practices and approaches in the reintegration of foreign terrorist fighter (FTF) returnees“ on Feb 23, 2021 06:00 PM, which will be held online via ZOOM.

The Director of the Center for security research, Aleksandar Nacev PhD, had a guest appearance at the tv show „Is something unclear?“ on TV Alfa, in which he spoke about the latest security developments in the country, the reforms in the security and intelligence community, and the conditions in the Army of the Republic of Macedonia. He emphasized that additional work is needed in the crisis management system, and spoke about the need to build individual and national capacities in the field of defence, with the objective to be an equal ally with the other NATO countries.
